KNX AUTOMATION SYSTEMS — GREECE

One bus.
Total control.
Land or sea.

ReverseBus designs, installs and programs KNX automation systems — lighting, climate, shading, security and energy on a single, open bus. For homes, commercial spaces and yachts.

The bus

One bus cable connects every function. What changes is the environment.

Lighting Heating / Cooling Shading Security Energy Remote control
01 / LIGHTING

Lighting

Lighting scenes, dimming and colour-temperature control, per room or across the whole space. In a building, it's set from switches, a touch panel or a phone. On a yacht, it integrates with navigation lighting without interfering with it.

Services

From design to programming, we handle the whole project.

01

Design & planning

Requirements assessment, installation drawings and bus topology, worked out before a single cable goes in.

02

Lighting & shading

Scenes, schedules, dimming and automatic blinds/curtains control based on daylight.

03

Heating, cooling, ventilation

Central control of air conditioning and underfloor heating by zone, with scheduling and geothermal integration.

04

Security & monitoring

Alarm, access control and cameras integrated into the same management system.

05

Energy management

Consumption monitoring, load control and integration with solar panels or generators where needed.

06

Remote control

Monitoring and control from a phone or tablet — at home, at the office, or under way.

07

Control panels & touchscreens

Touch panels and central control points, placed where they're actually used.

08

Audio & multi-room sound

Music per room or deck, integrated into the same scenes as lighting and shading.

09

Maintenance & expansion

Inspection, programming updates and new functions added to an existing installation.

Why KNX

An open standard, not a closed system.

KNX is an international automation standard (ISO/IEC 14543), supported by hundreds of manufacturers. You're not locked into one supplier: equipment works together, gets replaced and gets extended regardless of who made it.

That matters twice as much on a yacht, where space, weight and access to service are all limited — and just as much in a building that will stay in operation for decades.

Two environments, one logic

What we learn on land, we apply at sea. And the other way round.

Buildings

Homes & commercial spaces

Houses, apartments, offices and commercial spaces. The goal is steady operation over the long term, and easy adjustment when the needs of the space change.

  • Integrated with the electrical panel from the design stage
  • Scenes per room and central control of the building
  • Integration with geothermal, solar panels, EV charging
  • Built with future space expansion in mind
Yachts

Motor yachts & sailing yachts

Space, weight and power consumption are finite resources at sea. Equipment is chosen to withstand humidity, vibration and temperature swings.

  • Equipment rated for the marine environment
  • Integrated with the yacht's electrical system & batteries
  • Control from the helm, saloon or phone, under way
  • Low power draw, critical when running off-grid
